Experience Fellow
DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Experience Next Gen Specialist
The Experience Team Fellow will play an integral role in the department which serves and promotes JAARS through experiential marketing. He or she will work closely with the Experience Team staff to help develop and implement various JAARS face to face experiences. Areas of service include Missions at the Airport (MATA), Vision Flights, JAARS’ Aviation Camp (CrossVenture|Aero), and more. The Fellow will be encouraged to think creatively and strategically about possible new processes and ways to augment JAARS’ experiential marketing events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Experience Team (XTeam) with administrative tasks for various planned experiences, including but not limited to preparing forms and spreadsheets, organizing supplies, packing for events, helping to lead staff training events for MATA and CV|A staff
- Actively engage with CV|A campers and Vision Flight participants
- Travel (as able) to MATA events to assist with set-up and talking with the public
- Coordinate and execute MATA events in collaboration with the Air Ops and other departments.
- Design and implement new Vision Flight tracts in collaboration with XTeam Director or designated staff
- Understand the aviation standards, safety requirements, and regulations to be considered for MATA, Vision Flights, and CV|A events
- Other responsibilities as assigned by manager
