Learning & Development is a ministry of JAARS. Our purpose is to strengthen people for service together through deepening spiritual vitality and encouraging learner attitudes, respectful relationships, and collaborative culture. We will work with you to adapt the length and content of a training event to the particular dynamics and needs of your group.

Intercultural Communications Course

Preparing missionaries to learn how to further their interpersonal skills, understand differing worldviews, and deepen their relationship with God in an interactive course offered two times a year.

Spiritual And Relational Vitality (SRV)

Our SRV teams travel to locations around the world to train and equip partner organizations and increase longevity of missionary service. During these events, you will increase spiritual vitality, optimize relational effectiveness, and experience team building dynamics.
