How and when should I register?

The best way to let us know you’d like to attend is for you and your parents to fill out the online reservation form. Camp dates are usually determined by mid-March. The best way to secure your spot is to send in a deposit of one-quarter the camp fee within two weeks of registration. (Deposits usually run around $150.)

How many openings are there in a given CrossVenture|Aero?

CrossVenture|Aero may have up to 12 campers.

What are the accommodations like?

Campers stay in our campus housing, usually 2 to a bunk, 3–4 to a bedroom. Oversight is given by a dorm parent for each unit.

What about food?

All meals are included in the camp fee. Breakfast and dinners are prepared by volunteers and served in central housing. Lunch tickets are provided by our campus cafeteria. Snacks are also provided.

Who should attend CrossVenture|Aero?

You should consider registering for CrossVenture|Aero if:

  1. You have an interest in aviation, and specifically how it relates to taking the message of Jesus to the ends of the earth.
  2. You like to hear true stories about flying in difficult-to-reach parts of the world.
  3. You would like to experience what it’s like to be at the controls of an airplane.
What age do campers need to be?

Campers must be between 15–18 years old.

How do I know what to bring?

You will receive a packing list as well as other information prior to your arrival.

What is the typical schedule like?

Arrival: Monday morning, 9:00 a.m.
Departure: Friday afternoon, 5:00 p.m.

What does CrossVenture|Aero cost?

$650 if registered prior to mid-May ($50 discount)
$700 if registered after mid-May

Please plan to pay a $150 commitment deposit within two weeks of registration.
