Consider a Short-term Missions Trip With Refuge 139

Ministering to Missionary Kids

Posted on August 13, 2018

Could you see yourself in the classroom or on the recreation field building relationships and ministering to missionary kids? Would you enjoy a cultural experience while helping missionary families to thrive on the field? Then we have an exciting opportunity just for you! A missions trip with Refuge 139, a ministry of JAARS, is all about missionary care in direct support of the Bible translation movement. Our programs are held for missionary kids while their parents are in important meetings to further their work of Bible Translation and language development.

Refuge 139 volunteers are needed for: Georgia (Caucasus) on October 14–25 and for Malaysia, November 8—18. Are you, or someone you know, interested in filling this need?

Praise God for this unique way to serve missionary families by ministering to their children through fellowship, worship, evangelism, prayer, and Bible study.
Pray that God would raise up the people needed to staff the trips to Georgia and Malaysia. Pray that English, Korean, and Spanish speakers needed for the Malaysia trip will be provided.
Lift up the planning team as they prepare and pack curriculum for the upcoming trips.
