JAARS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Each year, we depend on God to provide for our needs through the financial gifts of individuals, churches and organizations.

We recognize that each gift comes from God, and each is given through the sacrifice of our financial partners. Therefore, we are fervently committed to responsible stewardship and financial transparency.

For nearly 20 years, we have been a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). Each year, we strive to achieve the ECFA’s standards for board governance, fundraising and financial accountability.

Additionally, for the past five years we have been named one of 30 “Shining Lights” by MinistryWatch.com, an organization devoted to helping Christians make informed giving decisions. We have also received their highest score for financial transparency.
