Vehicle for Language Development in Kenya

Today, the Kenyan organization Bible Translation and Literacy serves seven of the most remote language groups in the western region of Kenya—fostering linguistic work as well as humanitarian aid.

Without proper support, however, many of its programs are struggling.

By partnering with JAARS, you can help provide a rugged four-wheel-drive vehicle, enabling the team to:

• Offer on-site training.
• Monitor teams’ progress and help plan activities.
• Encourage weary translators.
• Develop new approaches to translation and literacy work.

As a result, Kenyan translation teams will be equipped to work more quickly and effectively—bringing God’s riveting message of hope to thousands of the country’s most isolated people.
