Vehicle for Language Development in Kenya

Today, the Kenyan organization Bible Translation and Literacy serves seven of the most remote language groups in the western region of Kenya—fostering linguistic work as well as humanitarian aid.

Without proper support, however, many of its programs are struggling.

A Nairobi-based team is poised to train personnel, aid in planning and evaluate work. But devoid of a vehicle, they remain stranded in the capital city.

By partnering with JAARS, you can help provide a rugged four-wheel-drive vehicle, enabling the team to:

• Offer on-site training.
• Monitor teams’ progress and help plan activities.

• Develop new approaches to translation and literacy work.
