Throughout the globe, “business as mission” companies are springing up in unprecedented numbers. These companies, spanning hundreds of professions and locations, are united by one driving force: glorifying God and ministering to their communities.
In the context of Bible translation, they can:
- Provide more sustainable support services.
- Allow access to regions where missionaries are not typically welcome.
- Stimulate the local economy.
- Create income for local churches and translation organizations.
- Provide a sustainable way for local Christians to be involved in translation.
Unfortunately, many of these companies face the same prohibiting plight: lack of start-up capital.

Our Business as Mission team will also provide assistance, mentoring, prayer support and encouragement, maximizing businesses’ potential to succeed.
As a result, Bible translation can progress in the world’s least evangelized and least developed regions—strengthened by vital support from business as mission.
