Because of the popularity of this program, an ongoing waiting list has formed. It may take from one to two years to reach your group’s place on the list (unless you are willing to come on short notice in the event of a cancellation). Reservations are confirmed each fall for the following summer sessions.

The current registration fee is $400, required at the time your group’s reservation is confirmed. This is non-refundable, to reduce the number of cancellations. (No fee is required with the Waiting List Application.) There is an additional $50 per person fee due prior to the group’s arrival.

At least one adult leader must accompany each ten (10) teens. The minimum age requirement for youth is 14 years old. Groups must plan to arrive at JAARS on Sunday afternoon between 2 PM and 6 PM and depart the following Saturday before Noon.
