Rates

Penn Lodge

Guests may stay in these motel-style rooms up to four nights. For families, the maximum nightly rate is $44 per room. Current rates are as follows:

• $32 per night for one or two people
  — Add $16 per night for each additional adult
  — Add $6 per night for each additional child

Apartments

Short-term personnel and guests may stay in our apartments up to one year. All apartments are fully furnished, and rates include electricity, water, sewage, trash disposal, DSL and basic telephone service. Stays of less than one month will be prorated based on the monthly rate. Current rates are as follows:

• $420–$550 per month for one bedroom
• $580 per month for two bedrooms
• $615–$680 per month for three or four bedrooms

Recreational Vehicle Sites

Guests may stay in our RV park up to three months, as per county regulations. Our hookups are full-service and include high-speed Internet access. Stays of more than seven nights will be prorated based on the monthly rate. Current rates are as follows:

• $15 per night
• $295 per month

Please note: All stays of less than 90 days will be subject to a 7.75% sales tax.
