Rates

Standard Rate

The following nightly rate applies to Penn Lodge (which has a four-night maximum), or the first seven nights in any apartment or house.

• $35 for one or two people
  — Add $17.50 for each additional adult
  — Add $6.50 for each additional child

• $50 maximum for families

Penn Lodge

Penn Lodge has ten hotel-style rooms, as well as a communal kitchen and reading room. We offer three room types:

• Queen bed—sleeps two
• Double and twin bed—sleeps three
• Queen, double, and twin bed—sleeps five

Apartments and Houses

Short-term personnel and guests may stay in our apartments or houses up to one year. All accommodations are fully furnished, and rates include electricity, water, sewage, trash disposal, DSL and basic telephone service.

Stays of less than one month will be charged the standard rate (above) for the first seven nights, then a variable rate based on the size of the apartment or house.

Our current monthly rates are:

• $465–$605 for one bedroom (various sizes)
• $640 for two bedrooms
• $675–$750 for three or four bedrooms

Recreational Vehicle Sites

Guests may stay in our RV park up to three months, as per county regulations. Our hookups are full-service and include high-speed Internet access.

Stays of less than one month will be charged the nightly rate (below) for the first seven nights, then a prorated amount based on the monthly rate.

Our current rates are:

• $18 per night
• $325 per month
