Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 1:30 p.m. Monday–Saturday and 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Check-out time is 9:30 a.m. If you cannot check out by this time, please call 1-704-843-6020 to notify our housing office.

Payment

We prefer payment by cash or check. If you are career missionary with Wycliffe Bible Translators, we can bill your Wycliffe account. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Transportation

For a reasonable cost, we can provide a shuttle between the Charlotte airport and your accommodations at the JAARS Center. For more information about this service, or to make reservations, please call 1-704-843-6631.

Restrictions

We do not allow smoking, alcohol or pets in any of our accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

There is no penalty for cancellations made 24 hours or more before your arrival date. If you do not cancel your reservation before then, you will be charged for the first night’s stay in each room you have booked.
