Volunteer

More than 40% of those who serve at the JAARS Center in Waxhaw, N.C., are volunteers—either short- or long-term, full- or part-time, and of all ages and training backgrounds.

This faithful team is working daily to support translation work around the world. Some are maintaining aircraft in our hangar; others are installing computer hardware in our offices. Some teach at our childcare facilities; others dub audio into Scripture-based films. Our volunteers are serving wherever needed—as dishwashers and carpenters, administrators and seamstresses, housekeepers and receptionists.

Opportunities

We offer a wide variety of volunteer opportunities, and many can be customized to your unique time frame and skill sets. We can also arrange volunteer projects for families, church groups and organizations.
