Business Services Project Manager

The work this person does will result in: ? increased effectiveness of people and financial resources involved with the business activities of Bible translation ? better understanding by all staff of the relevance of business practices and procedures that are foundational to Bible translation to those tasked with ? enabling leadership to understand the interrelatedness of processes and their related tasks resulting in a holistic balance of ministry and business functions

The goal of the Project Manager is to handle and ensure the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts. Must be able to manage more than one project simultaneously. Assembles project plans and team assignments, directs and monitors work efforts, identifies resource needs, performs quality review, and escalates functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately. Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources. Works closely with the project stakeholder(s) to communicate project status, managing changes to the project, and gaining project approvals.
