Assoc Dir for Admin and Human Relations

This is a challenging position, requiring a person with strong skills in business and human resource management. The Ghana Institute of Linguistics, Literacy and Bible Translation (GILLBT) is a Wycliffe Member Organization, with personnel from Ghana and seven Western countries working together. Currently GILLBT is facing many challenges in its administration and finance department. GILLBT oversees more than thirty language programs in Ghana, with both Western and Ghanaian staff. Its vision is to engage Ghanaian churches and Christians to work together to complete the remaining languages in Ghana and send Ghanaian missionaries to assist with reaching the last languages.
