JAARS Day
Four times each year, hundreds of people gather for JAARS Day—a free Saturday event designed for you and your family to learn more about worldwide Bible translation and our support services.
Missions at the Airport
Throughout the year, our Missions at the Airport team travels around the country, bringing aircraft, technology displays and missions materials.
Jungle Jump Off
Each summer, youth groups and their leaders trek to the JAARS Center to spend a week in a simulated remote village: cooking on mud stoves, sleeping in primitive houses and hammocks, and learning about Bible translation. In 2011, we plan to launch a new program, currently under development. The current format for our youth vision program—Jungle Jump-Off—will be discontinued at the end of the 2010 season.
EAA AirVenture
Each year, hundreds of thousands of people flock to Wisconsin for the world’s greatest aviation celebration: EAA AirVenture. And since 1974, JAARS has gladly exhibited at the event—introducing people to the powerful impact of missionary and humanitarian aviation.
